Birthday - Mini Reunion

As we all know, everyone in our class that is not already 80, will be sometime this year. The subject has been brought up to get together and have a birthday party for all of us. We are looking at maybe doing this and adding a "mini" class reunion with it. This one will be different than the other reunions. We are all getting older and can't travel like we used to, so our attendance has dropped a lot in the last few years. It is very expensive to have them so we are looking at doing this one different. We are checking around for a place we can all meet for the day, visit, have a good  time and go home...No expensive mailing invitations (email, text, & word of mouth) No catered sit down dinner, maybe snacks, maybe just chew the fat. Whatever we do  will be a lot of fun. Have not decided on a location yet, but really working on this part, will find something that is reasonably priced so our ticket cost will be very reasonable! Much cheaper that before. Right now we are looking for input on everyone's thoughts. Good idea? Yes? No? Would you try to come?  No date has been decided, but probably sometime in Sept (about the same time as the others) Please contact me or one of the other committee members with your thoughts. Thank you so much.

The days of our innocence and hopes grow dimmer, fading away among the relics of a life long lived. Memories and myth merge as Time corrodes the links between faces and names, blurring the edges of each moment past.

Who remembers the passions and angst of that transitional age between child and adult? Who shares a common experience in time and space? Who are the story-tellers of our generation?

This website is a portal to the Past, a forum of connection, and a memorium to those whose journey has ended.
